This grassfed gelatin is excellent. We use it to make marshmallows, sauce thickener, and even as an egg replacement in some recipes!
Using good quality unrefined sea salt is a great place to get extra nutrition from minerals our body needs. Here's one we like.
Coconut oil almost needs no intro. We use it for a lot of our cooking as well as for household purposes. A must-have in our house!
We love how easy to use Avocado oil is! It's a great option for high-heat cooking and has a very light flavor making it versatile.
Maple syrup is our favorite paleo sweetener. Excellent flavor, nutrition is better than most (still sugar), & economical.
Coconut flour is a must-have for paleo baking. It is used in several paleo recipes to add texture or as the main flour.
