Here are some of our favorite kitchen tools as well as a few that are on my wish list.

Beginning or maintaining a paleo or real food diet can be challenging, especially if you don’t have the right tools. If you’re ready to go paleo, this is a great place to start looking for tools your favorite paleo bloggers use.

This is also a great list if you just enjoy cooking or know someone else who does. Any foodie would love to use these!

This is probably my favorite kitchen tool. This spatula is strong and versatile. I use it several times each day!
This immersion blender is a must-have for pureeing soup, making mayonnaise/aioli, blending dressings, and even frothing milk for a latte!
One of my favorite appliances. I use it for shredding plantains, chopping nuts/veggies/fruit, or coconut/nut butters.
Every cook needs a sturdy and versatile set of mixing bowls. I love that these are light and easy to store. And of course, won't break!
We use a cookie scoop for several types of recipes: cookies, sausage, meatballs, and plantain rolls. It's the ideal size!
My other favorite appliance. We use it for mixing up sausage, baked goods, dough, ice cream, and whipping cream.
I was so excited to receive this tool! It makes spiralizing so easy and clean up just takes a quick rinse. Perfect for zoodles.
Measuring cups and measuring spoons are an important part of the chef's kitchen. I like having a sturdy stainless steel set.

My wish list of kitchen tools…

This tool is the best for making creamy nut butters, nut milk, and green drinks.
The instant pot is an excellent tool since it can be used to speed up cooking and intensify flavors.
I'm just itching to test out some paleo tortillas recipe--this press simplifies things!
These can be used to freeze blocks of bone broth, then transfer to a large freezer bag.
